The Fairy World believes Sparkles and Flo are wasting their Fairy talents on hair. When a terrible storm blows Penelope off course, Sparkles and Flo rush in to rescue the trapped Tooth Fairy.
Will the Fairies finally accept Sparkles and Flo? Will the two Hair Fairies find their own Happily Ever After and remain true to their talents?
